The fall session of our Early Childhood Family Education courses have concluded for the year. Fourteen early learners were registered in the fall sessions and experienced a variety of learning settings--from the early learning classrooms to the gym, to the pool! Special events held through ECFE over the past few months included family activity nights and a field trip to the Garden Hills Farm near Fertile, MN.
Early Childhood Family Education is a district program that offers regular classes and services for families with young children from birth to kindergarten age.
ECFE classes are open to all families with preschool children. Classes are held from 5:00-6:00 PM on Monday nights throughout the year. Most sessions are held in our early childhood classrooms to arrange for the best learning environment for early learners.
It is the mission of Early Childhood Family Education to strengthen families and support the ability of all parents to provide the best possible environment for the healthy growth and development of their children. ECFE also gives children an opportunity to play with their peers and work cooperatively with others!
The remainder of the ECFE schedule includes activity project pick-up and events throughout the winter months with classroom sessions resuming in the Spring.
